Job description

Role: Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

• Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; promote patient and family-centered care; educate patients on post-treatment management; ensure communication across care continuum; participate in safety, quality, and professional development activities; develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Key Skills & Qualifications: RN license, nursing diploma or associate's degree (bachelor's preferred), critical thinking, strong communication, and assessment skills. Experience in critical care is preferred but not required.
• Key Duties: Care for post-op patients including neuro, transplant, ortho, ENT, cardio, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine cases; work in a fast-paced environment with world-renowned surgeons and anesthesiologists; participate in innovative initiatives like hybrid surgical care and regional anesthesia.
