Mayo Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and oversee transitions of care. The role supports Mayo Clinic’s patient-first approach across practice settings in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, active RN license, BLS, and ACLS, with at least one year of critical care experience. Nights, weekends, and on-call hours may be required.

Formación

• Graduation from a baccalaureate nursing program (ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA recognized).
• All entry-level RNs with a start date after Apr 1, 2020 must provide evidence of BSN within five years.
• 1 year of RN critical care experience required in ICU, PACU, or ED; PACU preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care across direct patient care, education, and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively to patients, families, and team members.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required by the shifts.
