Job summary

Hudson Regional Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across units. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and ensure patient comfort.

You will coordinate patient care, delegate tasks, and uphold high professional ethics within a dynamic hospital system spanning multiple facilities in Secaucus, Bayonne, Hoboken, and Jersey City.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing.
• Critical Care experience required. PACU experience preferred.
• Current New Jersey RN license. BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of care.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for delegation of patient care to other health care team members.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with the healthcare team, patients and families.
• Maintain high standards of professional ethics.
