Qualifications

• Diploma or RN Associate Degree; BSN preferred.
• Valid NJ RN License, BLS through AHA, and NRP.
• Relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Initial competency verification for specialty area.
• Clear written and spoken English communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate delivery of care.
• Coordinate services with rehabilitation staff to maximize patient independence.
• Delegate patient care to the health care team as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, safety and quality standards.
