Job summary

Hudson Regional Health is a unified healthcare network in New Jersey offering modern, patient-first care with advanced technologies and a focus on high-touch service. The RN role spans assessment, planning, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver safe, evidence-based care.

We seek candidates with 3+ years in Medical/Surgical Nursing and a NJ RN license, plus BLS/ACLS and PALS. Shifts vary (5, 8-hour or 4, 10-hour) and some Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing.
• Critical Care experience required.
• PACU experience preferred.
• Current New Jersey RN license. BLS, ACLS, (American Heart Association), and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of care.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with the health care team, patients and families.
• Delegate patient care to team members while maintaining accountability.
• Maintain high standards of professional ethics.

What You'll Be Doing

• The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care.
• The RN assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.
• As an integral member of the health care team, coordinates patient care and communicates and collaborates extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s).
• Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.

What We're Looking For

Either 5, 8 hour shifts or 4, 10 hour shifts. Required to worked some Saturdays

• Three (3) years experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing. Critical Care experience required. PACU experience preferred.
• Associates Degree; BSN Preferred
• Current New Jersey RN license. BLS, ACLS,( American Heart Association), and PALS.
