Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in PACU or post-operative care preferred.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to high standards of patient safety and care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs during post-anesthesia recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide patient and family education on post-operative care.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure cohesive care.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
