Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse in the PACU at the Burlington-area facilities. The role involves flexible shifts from 0600-1430 or 0800-1630, delivering high-quality nursing care across up to three locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program, RN license in applicable state.
• BSN preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience typical for the role.
• Knowledge of patient safety and quality care principles.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Applies the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts plans with the care team.
• Maintains safety culture and accurate EHR documentation.
