Mount Carmel Dublin, part of Mount Carmel Health System, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Day Shift in a fast-paced preop/pacu environment. The RN will provide care across preoperative and postoperative settings, collaborating with surgical teams in OR, Endoscopy, non-invasive cardiac labs, and interventional radiology.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and mentoring from tenured staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience.
• New graduates with <1 year may join Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care, ensures patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care, collaborates with patient and family on the plan of care.
• Communicates pertinent information to the team in a timely manner.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Assumes responsibility and accountability for care provided and documented.
