Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 90 days.
• Oncology Nursing Society/ONCC chemotherapy provider certification within 6 months.
• NRP within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across units with clinical judgment.
• Assess patient needs and design individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Document care per regulatory and organizational standards.
