Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time day/evening shifts. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain current competency, and support peers in a collaborative hospital setting.

Strong communication and adherence to safety and ethical standards are essential. Eligible candidates hold an IL RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS (within 3 months), and prefer 1+ year of experience.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
IL RN License required.
BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications as listed (PALS within 3 months).
Minimum 1 year of staff nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Maintain competency reflective of current standards of practice.
Guide and supervise nursing personnel as needed.
Promote safety measures to prevent injuries to patients and staff.
Document thoroughly and timely.
