Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• IL RN license and CPR/BLS per American Heart Association.
• 6 months RN experience in a comparable role preferred; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process on a designated unit.
• Involve patients and families in the care plan as appropriate.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and assume accountability for outcomes.
• Guide unlicensed staff and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes.
