Job summary

Medical City Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse – PACU to provide critical post-operative care for surgical patients in Fort Worth, TX. You will support airway management, neurological and cardiac monitoring, wound care, and recovery supervision in collaboration with the surgical and anesthesia teams.

The role includes on-call availability during select hours, with a focus on evidence-based practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas
• ACLS/BLS within stated timelines
• PALS within 90 days of start date
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in PACU
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams
• Monitor neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular status
• Provide wound care and monitor patient recovery
• Participate in on-call coverage as discussed
