Qualifikationen

• RN license required and current with state board.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• BLS certification or equivalent required.
• Ability to use computer systems for charting and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff and ancillary departments to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document patient information, interventions and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards; comply with regulations.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare team members.
• Engage in professional development and performance improvement activities.
