AdventHealth Celebration is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day-shift role in a hospital setting. You will assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The position requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), Florida RN license, BLS, and strong clinical skills including ECG interpretation and infection control.

Qualifikationen

• RN with an Associate's degree in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological and psychosocial factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with regular revisions.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust care plans to improve patient health outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate activities to healthcare team members.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement.
