Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with current license and BLS/CPR as required.
• Experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Proficiency in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and spiritual factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly revise them.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, medications and self-care.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and departments to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and ensure infection control practices.
• Provide emotional support and supervise care delivered by team members.
• Respond to codes and participate in performance improvement activities.
