AdventHealth Wesley Chapel in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to coordinate optimal outcomes.

Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing; valid RN license. Preferred BSN and 1+ year acute care experience. We offer day shifts, full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Document patient information and care activities accurately in the medical record.
• Evaluate and adjust care plans to improve outcomes and safety.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
