AdventHealth in Colorado is seeking a registered nurse to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications within a full-time, day-shift role. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position requires an Associate's in Nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license, and BLS/CPR certification, with 1+ year acute care experience

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising them.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
