Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a PACU RN to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, 90-bed unit with neuro, transplant, ortho, ENT, cardio, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine patients. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, educate families, and participate in safety and quality initiatives in a Magnet hospital.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and ongoing professional development with a pathway for pay advancement based on progression.

Qualifications

• RN license required or equivalent multi-state license where applicable.
• No minimum experience required; 2+ years preferred for higher roles.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, patient education, and teamwork.
• Adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in PACU.
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team and patients.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and post-discharge care.
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
