Vetted Solutions is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced PACU. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, while educating patients and families on post-treatment management.

You will collaborate with a healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs, and participate in safety and quality initiatives within a Magnet-designated hospital.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication and teamwork.

This position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced PACU environment, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. The nurse will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on post-treatment management, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. Collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans is essential, along with assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

Qualifications & Skills

Key Duties

• Provide care for neuro, transplant, orthopedic, ENT, cardiac, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine patients.
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities.
• Engage in initiatives such as hybrid surgical care and regional anesthesia.
