Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Missouri is seeking a registered nurse for a PACU role focused on recovery for neuro, transplant, orthopedic, ENT, cardiac, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine patients. You will provide direct patient care, educate on post-treatment management, and participate in safety initiatives.

You will develop individualized care plans, assess physical and psychosocial needs, and communicate across the care continuum to ensure quality outcomes and patient-family

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• No prior experience required; 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Critical care experience is advantageous.
• Strong assessment, communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a PACU setting.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment management and recovery.
• Participate in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and professional development.
• Assess patient needs holistically, including emotional and cultural factors.
