Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced PACU environment, coordinating with interventional radiology cases and ensuring high-quality pre/post-operative care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs while focusing on safety, education, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two or more years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and medication administration.
• Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations.
• Developing and documenting care plans, proactively communicating across care teams.
• Maintaining safety-awareness, adhering to standards, and working alertly in a safety-sensitive role.
