Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Current ACLS certification is required.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in forming and updating the patient’s plan of care.
• Performs accurate clinical assessments and documentation.
• Delivers direct nursing care per physician orders.
• Develops discharge plans and provides patient education.
• Precepts and mentors new staff and supports team growth.
• Engages in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
