The role includes on-call availability during select non-business hours, collaborating with surgical and anesthesia teams, and delivering evidence-based nursing in a fast-paced environment. This position supports a patient-first culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/ ADN/ BSN).
• Minimum six months of clinical RN experience.
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State license; must obtain Texas license within 60 days.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including providers and therapy.
• Apply nursing process, critical thinking, and leadership to provide safe care.
• Assess and monitor patient condition; document changes and care provided.
