Ideal candidates have PACU/critical care exposure, current RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification. The job offers a set 4‑day schedule, benefits eligibility starting the first month, and a strong BJC support

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Peri‑anesthesia nursing experience preferred.
• PACU experience preferred.
• ICU, ED or Critical Care RN experience needed.
• BLS, ACLS or PALS certification needed.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the peri‑anesthesia department.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and post‑op instructions.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develops and documents plans of care with the interprofessional team.
• Communicates the care plan across the continuum and coordinates care.
