KARIER is seeking a Hospital PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a surgical services team in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, robust administrative support, and a culture of teamwork and compassion.

The position offers varied shifts from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with rotation and opportunities to develop clinical skills in PACU, perioperative care, and discharge planning within a supportive rural hospital system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license (or endorsement/compact).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire.
• 1–2 years acute care in ICU/ED/PACU; CVICU/Telemetry background valued.
• New Graduate RNs welcomed and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Operative Preparation: Safely assess, admit, and optimize patients arriving for elective or outpatient surgical procedures, ensuring all pre-op checklists and safety parameters are met.
