Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Hospital PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a hospital-based surgical services team in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and comprehensive benefits.

You will pre-op assess and admit, monitor patients post-anesthesia, manage lines and drains, control pain, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with anesthesia and providers.

Qualifications

• RN license in Montana (or pending).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS required on hire.
• 2–4 years in acute hospital care.
• BSN preferred.
• Teamwork and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Operative Preparation: assess, admit, optimize pre-op patients.
• Phase I Recovery: monitor post-anesthesia patients and manage airway.
• Advanced Visual & Device Care: care for patients with lines and drains.
• Wound & Line Management: dressings and drains surveillance.
• Pain Control: titrate IV medications and PANV care.
• Observation Unit Care: care for observation bed patients.
• Collaborative Leadership: work with Providers and Nurses.
• Discharge & Transfer: planning and hand-offs.
