Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Admission Recovery Unit at Bethesda East in Boynton Beach. This full-time position requires hands-on bedside care, strong telemetry experience, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

A $15,000 bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits as part of the Baptist Health team. Eligible candidates will have an Associate's degree in Nursing or a BSN, current RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year acute Cardiac Telemetry experience with cardiac drips.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care in the Admission Recovery Unit.
• Demonstrate proficiency in assessment, technical skills, and critical thinking; communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Maintain adherence to evidence-based practice standards, safety and quality initiatives.
