Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking travel PACU nurses to care for patients recovering from anesthesia in various facilities across Minnesota. You will monitor vitals, assess consciousness, and identify anesthesia-related issues while adapting to different units.

Requirements include 1–2 years recent PACU or recovery room experience and an active RN license in at least one US state. Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse hospital environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit

Responsibilities

• Care for patients recovering from anesthesia in PACU.
• Monitor post-operative vital signs and assess levels of consciousness.
• Observe patients for side effects from anesthesia.

Job description

Also known as recovery room nurses, post-anesthesia care unit or PACU nurses care for patients who are recovering from anesthesia after surgery. They monitor post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
