Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking experienced PACU travel nurses to support facilities nationwide, including assignments in Wyoming. You will monitor postoperative patients, track vital signs, and respond to changes in recovery status.

Ideal candidates have active licensure, 1-2 years of PACU experience, and a flexible, adventurous spirit to work across facilities. Travel compensation, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• PACU nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Active nursing license in at least one US state.
• Willingness to travel to assign facilities as requested.

Responsibilities

• Monitor post-anesthesia vital signs and patient status.
• Assess level of consciousness and recovery progress.
• Observe for anesthesia-related side effects and intervene as needed.

Job description

Also known as recovery room nurses, post-anesthesia care unit or PACU nurses care for patients who are recovering from anesthesia after surgery. They monitor post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
