Job summary

Ingenovis Health seeks PACU travel nurses to support diverse operating rooms across the United States. You will monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, assess consciousness levels, and watch for post-anesthesia side effects to ensure safe recovery.

Job description

Also known as recovery room nurses, post-anesthesia care unit or PACU nurses care for patients who are recovering from anesthesia after surgery. They monitor post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
