Job summary

Ingenovis Health, partnered with UK King’s Daughters via Riverspan, seeks PACU nurses for travel assignments across the United States. You will monitor post-anesthesia recovery, assess consciousness, and watch for anesthesia-related side effects.

Roles involve flexible, sometimes facility-based scheduling with onboarding, payroll, and benefits handled by Ingenovis Health. Travel nurses should have 1–2 years PACU experience, a current US RN license, and be prepared for travel across states.

Job description

Also known as recovery room nurses, post-anesthesia care unit or PACU nurses care for patients who are recovering from anesthesia after surgery. They monitor post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
