United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) is seeking a motivated PreOP/PACU Registered Nurse to join our ambulatory surgery center team in a fast-paced ASC setting. The RN Pre-op/PACU delivers perioperative care following the nursing process and organizational policies.

Reports to Peri-operative Services Manager and supports high-quality patient-family centered care across multiple specialties. Ideal candidates hold Florida RN licensure, graduate of an accredited nursing program, and 1–3

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years of PreOP/PACU experience.
• Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ALS and PALS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.

Responsabilités

• Provide perioperative nursing care in PreOP/PACU.
• Support multiple specialties including Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure patient safety.
• Adapt to changing patient conditions quickly.

The Outpatient Center of Delray , is seeking a motivated PreOP PACU Registered Nurse to join our team. The Outpatient Center of Delray Surgery Center is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre-op/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Pre-op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN Pre-op/PACU reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.

Experienced in supporting in the following specialties: Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology.

Required Skills

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the Florida
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must have at least 1-3 years' previous experience in PreOP/PACU
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
