The Outpatient Center of Delray, operated by United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI), is seeking a motivated RN for Pre-op/PACU in a fast-paced ASC setting. You will deliver perioperative care following nursing processes and plans of care, ensuring safe, patient-family centered services across populations.

Requirements include Florida RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, 1–3 years PACU experience, and current BLS/ALS/PALS.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted RN license in Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1–3 years' PreOP/PACU experience; ambulatory center preferred.
• Current BLS, ALS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care using nursing process and care plans.
• Deliver safe, patient-family centered care in PreOP/PACU within ASC.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, and staff; adjust care as condition changes.

Education

Registered Nurse license (FL)

The Outpatient Center of Delray , is seeking a motivated PreOP PACU Registered Nurse to join our team. The Outpatient Center of Delray Surgery Center is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Job Summary

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre-op/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Pre-op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN Pre-op/PACU reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.

Experienced in supporting in the following specialties: Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the Florida
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must have at least 1-3 years' previous experience in PreOP/PACU
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
• Must have current BLS, ALS and PALS
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
