USPI Doctors United Surgery Center in Pasadena, CA is seeking a motivated PreOp Registered Nurse to join our team. The PreOp RN provides safe, quality perioperative patient care following the nursing process and medical plan of care.
Position requires weekdays only with no holidays, weekends, or on-call; some later evenings may be required. Must hold an unencumbered CA RN license, 1–3 years in PreOP/PACU, and BLS/ALS/PALS certification; ambulatory surgical center experience is strongly preferred.

Job Summary: The PreOp RN is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN reports to the Manager of Peri-operative Services.
Experienced in supporting in the following specialties: Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology.
