Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in partnership with Riverspan, seeks experienced PACU nurses for travel assignments across Oregon and other states. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the US and 1–2 years of recent PACU experience, with strong monitoring of vitals and post-anesthesia recovery.

You will be onboarded by Ingenovis Health and assigned to partner facilities with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent PACU experience.
• Active RN license in one of the 50 US states.
• Additional requirements may be requested by the facility.
• Adaptable, patient-focused approach with a team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor post-anesthesia patients and document vitals.
• Assess recovery status and readiness for transfer or discharge.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and nursing teams to ensure safe care.

Job description

Also known as recovery room nurses, post-anesthesia care unit or PACU nurses care for patients who are recovering from anesthesia after surgery. They monitor post-operation vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and carefully observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
