Job summary

Kettering Health Soin | Beavercreek, OH is seeking an RN for the Resource 480 24 to deliver patient-centered care across diverse settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with the health system team, ensuring safety, quality, and continuity of care.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Ohio RN license with BLS (ACLS preferred), and clinical experience. Preferred BSN with one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current Ohio RN license and BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Clinical experience during nursing program or 1+ year in acute care preferred.
• Strong documentation and patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Document care accurately in the EHR and monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and preventive care.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, quality care.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
