Job summary

Kettering Health Network in Beavercreek, OH seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Resource 480 24 shifts. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care across settings, ensuring safety and quality while aligning with the organization's standards.

Required: Ohio RN license and BLS; ADN or BSN with preference for BSN. Acute care experience is preferred; ACLS or specialty certs are a plus.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred).
Current Ohio RN license and BLS required; ACLS preferred.
One year of clinical nursing experience in acute care or relevant setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and educational needs through interviews and history.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans with patients and families.
Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
Document all aspects of patient care accurately in the EHR.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses, adjusting plans as needed to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, APNs, and care teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and infection control.
