Job summary

Atlantic Health in Pompton Plains, NJ, seeks an RN to collaborate with clinicians in treating patients with a range of injuries and illnesses. You will monitor patients, administer medications, maintain records, and educate patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and strong nursing fundamentals; preferred candidates may have a BSN, ACLS, and experience in PACU or critical care areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate health care records and reports.
• Administers medications and monitors patients for side effects.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, plans, and evaluates patient nursing care plans with the care team.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
