Atlantic Health System’s Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a per diem PACU role. The RN will collaborate with clinicians to treat patients with injuries or illnesses, monitor patients, administer medications, and document care.

A strong background in recovery nursing and excellent teamwork are essential. Requirements include RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS; BSN and ACLS are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
