Job summary

Care Plus Bergen, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our PACU team in Paramus, NJ. The RN will provide direct patient care, perform IV therapy, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a fast-paced post-anesthesia setting.

Qualified candidates will hold NJ RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, and have 1 year of PACU/ICU experience. A BSN is required or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within three years. Competitive benefits and on-site role.

Qualifications

• Current NJ licensure as RN required.
• BLS, ACLS, and IV certifications required.
• 1 year of PACU, OR, or Critical Care experience preferred.
• BSN required, or enrollment in an accredited BSN program with completion within three years.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and provide patient care appropriate to patient age.
• Identify and document initial patient observations needing nursing action.
• Assess and document nursing needs and changes in clinical picture.
• Plan and document care based on assessments and patient education needs.
• Coordinate referrals to other departments or outside agencies.
