Job summary

Mercy South PACU is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day shift at 10010 Kennerly Rd. The RN will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinate with other departments, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality in line with Mercy Service Standards.

The candidate must hold an RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, and obtain/maintain BLS certification within 30 days of hire, with a strong commitment to Mercy’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
