Qualifications

• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience.
• New graduate nurses may enroll in the Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care with patient safety and quality initiatives in a Magnet-recognized environment.
• Assess and evaluate patient care; develop and implement a collaborative plan of care.
• Communicate pertinent information to team members in a timely manner.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes per guidelines.
