Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a skilled PACU/Admission-Discharge RN to deliver nursing care to surgical patients in the post-anesthetic period. You will monitor recovery, manage pain, document care, and support safe discharge planning.

The role requires an Illinois RN license, BSN preferred, BLS/ALS certification, and ambulatory surgery center experience is a plus. You'll work with physicians, therapists, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois RN license required.
• BLS, ALS required; PALS preferred.
• Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides PACU/Recovery nursing care to post-anesthetic patients.
• Maintains patient safety, comfort and timely documentation.
• Performs admission and discharge tasks with education to patients/caregivers.
• Collaborates with perioperative team to implement care plans.
• Documents care and vital signs clearly and promptly.
