Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham is hiring a Registered Nurse for the PACU on a 30-hour weekly day shift. The RN will provide direct and indirect care, collaborate with physicians, and support health maintenance and patient education on the unit.

Required licensure in Massachusetts and an associates degree in nursing are necessary; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. BLS and ACLS/PALS may be required based on unit needs. Foster teamwork and excellent patient service across shifts.

Formación

• Associates degree in nursing required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• 0–1 years related experience; previous experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Mutually formulates outcomes with patient and care team.
• Delegates age-appropriate tasks to care team and ensures completion.
• Provides patient teaching and care per plan of care and standards.
