Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Pre-Op/PACU team. The RN will deliver direct patient care, perform assessments, and coordinate care across the care continuum in a high-acuity perioperative setting.

We require Nursing degree (Diploma/ASN/BSN; BSN preferred) with MA RN license and BLS/PALS/ACLS certifications. PACU/ICU experience is valued; 36-hour schedule includes day and night shifts with flexible weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required; BSN preferred; BSN within 4 years if not held.
• Massachusetts RN license and active BLS/PALS/ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Pre-Op and PACU.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and families.
