Intermountain Healthcare Inc. seeks an RN to provide comprehensive post-operative nursing care in a same day surgery setting. You will follow physician orders, monitor patient status, administer medications, and discharge patients per center policy.

Responsibilities include accurate charting, charging for medications and supplies, and maintaining patient privacy while collaborating with physicians and other departments. Current RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assists in provision of nursing care for post-operative patients.
• Monitors patients and reports changes to physicians and staff.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Discharges post-operative patients per center policies.
• Maintains patient privacy and documents care and charges accurately.
• Provides psychological support to patients and families.
