Job summary

Surgery Partners Brand is seeking a Registered Nurse to assist in a same-day surgery setting. You will provide direct postoperative care under physician orders and ensure compliance with center policies.

The role requires strong assessment, medication administration, and discharge planning, with emphasis on patient safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Orthopedic ASC experience and BLS/ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License (RN).
• 2 years PACU ASC experience preferred; orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, develops and implements total nursing care for post-operative patients.
• Records and reports symptoms, reactions and changes in patients.
• Administers medications and treatments ordered by physicians.
• Cares and discharges post-operative patients according to facility policies.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
