Job summary

North Canyon Network of Care in Idaho seeks a PACU RN to manage admitting, recovery, transferring and discharging patients. You will provide direct and indirect nursing care for the surgical patient from preoperative intervention to postoperative evaluation.

The role requires an active Idaho RN license, current BLS and ACLS, and readiness to obtain PALS within one year. Strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to patient growth and safety are essential.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in state of Idaho.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
• Obtain PALS certification within one year of hire.
• Ability and willingness to work with patients’ growth and development needs particularly related to the age of patients in the unit/area(s) of assignment.
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain clinical competency as required for the unit/area(s) of assignment.
• Ability to manage a challenging work environment.
