Advocate Health’s Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - PACU in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Full-Time RN to supervise PACU operations. The role requires an RN license, BCLS, and PACU/critical care experience. Schedule is 6:30am–5:00pm, 40 hours weekly, with a pay range of $44.15–$66.25 per hour.

Experience in supervisory roles and a BSN is preferred. The department emphasizes high-quality, age-appropriate patient care and staff development within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• RN license in the state of practice required. BCLS certification required.
• One year PACU experience; BSN preferred.
• Extensive experience in critical care or PACU setting; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates with the Manager and PACU leadership to uphold standards of care.
• Directs and evaluates activities of the clinical PACU staff.
• Promotes and facilitates professional growth of staff.
• Coordinates and mediates daily workflow using management principles.
• Ensures age/developmentally appropriate patient care for all ages served.
