Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an experienced RN to lead the Inpatient PACU team in a full-time role. You will supervise PACU staff, coordinate patient flow, and uphold high standards of age-appropriate care.

Requirements include RN licensure in NC, BCLS certification, and PACU or critical care experience; BSN preferred. This position offers a 40-hour workweek, 630am-5pm, with a competitive hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with one year PACU experience.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current RN license and BCLS certification required; specialty certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates the activities of the clinical PACU staff.
• Communicates with management to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Promotes professional growth of staff.
• Coordinates, facilitates, and mediates daily workflow using management principles.
• Ensures age/developmentally appropriate patient care.
